Friends of the Waccamaw Library (FOWL) is a volunteer organization--all operations of FOWL are volunteer driven. We are fortunate to have an excellent team of dedicated volunteers who provide the resources and energy to make our programs successful. If you are interested in joining our team, please complete the application as your first step to being part of an outstanding group of volunteers. Indicate your area(s) of interest.
